It is with deep regret that we announce the suspension of operations at Mechoopda Casino. Our last day of operation will be Friday, January 31, 2025.
This decision was not made lightly. Over the past several months, we have worked diligently to address the challenges facing our business. Despite some progress, external factors have made it unsustainable to continue operations at this time.
Since opening, Mechoopda Casino has been more than just a place for entertainment—it has been a hub for connection and community. We are deeply grateful to you, our loyal guests, for your unwavering support and for making the Casino a special part of your lives.
Our Vision for the Future
While we are pausing operations, this is not the end of the journey. For over 25 years, the Mechoopda Tribe has been committed to this project as a vital part of our economic development goals. The Mechoopda Economic Gaming Authority (MEGA) Board remains steadfast in its plans to reopen the Casino in the future, though a timeline has not yet been established.
